about
PRESENT
We are celebrating our 34th Anniversary this year. The ethos remains the same as the day it was formed "to enjoy painting together, share ideas & support one another".

Today, we meet every Wednesday at Stinchcombe Village Hall to draw and paint. There are workshops twice a year which are open to members at a subsidised rate and non-members at the regular rate.

The art club presently has 13 members due to space constraints.
But everyone feels they have a part to play in its existence, which helps the club smoothly.
PAST
The Palette Club was founded in November 1990 by a group of local artists who met every week to paint.
The first exhibition contained more than 80 original paintings and included many local Cotswold scenes. Since then, there's an annual exhibition to showcase the works of the members and
over the years, many works of art have been sold there too.
FUTURE
As The Palette Club moves into her 35th Year, there are discussions and plans on how to carry on the legacy of being a place for local artists of all levels to grow and developing lifelong friendships along the way.

We will update our plans soon.
